Cultural and Sports Complex "ABAY ARENA"

Semey city

Construction of the modern cultural and sports complex "ABAY ARENA" in Semey — one of the company's largest projects. The complex is a multifunctional arena with an ice rink for hockey matches, figure skating and public skating, as well as a convertible hall for concerts, exhibitions and sports competitions. Capacity — up to 5,000 spectators. A full cycle of construction works was completed: from earthwork and foundation to installation of engineering systems, finishing works and landscaping of the adjacent territory. The building is equipped with modern ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration systems for the ice arena and fire safety systems.

Hydraulic Engineering — MUHIT AGRO LLP

Abay region

Design and construction of a complex of hydraulic structures for regular irrigation of agricultural lands of MUHIT AGRO LLP. Water intake and water regulation structures were built, main and distribution canals were laid, pumping stations and automated irrigation management systems were installed. The project provided stable water supply for irrigation, which significantly increased crop yields and expanded the cultivated area of the enterprise.

Hydraulic Engineering — ABAY AGRO LLP

Abay region

Construction of irrigation infrastructure for ABAY AGRO LLP: erection of a dam and reservoir, laying of irrigation canals, installation of pumping equipment and water distribution systems. A closed regular irrigation system was created, providing automated water supply to agricultural fields. The reservoir volume allows accumulating water reserves during the flood period and distributing them evenly throughout the growing season.

Residential Buildings — Over 37 Projects

Semey and Abay region

Since 1995, Asia Partners has built over 37 residential buildings of various heights — from low-rise houses to multi-apartment residential complexes. Each project was completed using modern construction materials, energy-efficient technologies, and in strict compliance with seismic resistance standards. Residential complexes are equipped with landscaped courtyards, playgrounds and sports grounds, and parking facilities. Many years of experience in residential construction allows the company to implement projects of various comfort classes — from economy to business class.

15 Secondary Schools

Abay and East Kazakhstan regions

Since 2010, the company has built 15 secondary schools of various capacities. Each educational institution is equipped with a full range of educational and auxiliary facilities: subject classrooms with interactive equipment, computer labs, physics, chemistry and biology laboratories, gyms, assembly halls, cafeterias with kitchens, libraries and medical offices. All current safety, accessibility for people with limited mobility, and energy efficiency standards were met during construction.

3 Schools — "Comfortable School" Project

Abay region

In 2024–2025, Asia Partners is constructing three schools under the national "Comfortable School" project. The project involves building modern educational institutions with improved layouts, individual zones for learning, creativity and recreation. Schools are equipped with STEM laboratories, multimedia classrooms, library and information centers, modern sports complexes with swimming pools, and smart building systems for climate and lighting control. The project is implemented in accordance with the latest international standards for school construction.

Hotel "NOMAD"

Semey city

Construction of Hotel "NOMAD" — a modern hotel complex that became one of the first high-class hospitality facilities in Semey. The hotel was designed and built according to international hospitality standards: comfortable rooms of various categories, conference halls, a restaurant, lobby bar and relaxation areas. The building features expressive architecture with elements of national style. Modern thermal and sound insulation technologies were used during construction, and energy-efficient engineering systems were installed.

Reconstruction of the Road from Dzhangildina St. to Omsk–Maikapshagai Highway

Semey city

Complete reconstruction of the road from Dzhangildina St. to the junction with the Omsk–Maikapshagai highway was performed (SMZ LLP). Works included removal of old pavement, preparation and reinforcement of the subgrade, construction of crushed stone base, laying of multi-layer asphalt concrete pavement according to modern standards. New drainage structures, drainage systems, shoulders and sidewalks were built. Road signs, markings, barriers and lighting elements were installed. The project significantly improved transportation accessibility and road safety on this section.

Intra-block Driveways No. 1–6, Karagaily Residential Area

Semey city

Construction of six intra-block driveways in the Karagaily residential area of Semey (SMZ LLP). The project covered a full range of road construction works: subgrade construction, crushed stone base and asphalt concrete pavement of roadways, construction of sidewalks and pedestrian paths, organization of parking bays, installation of curbs, drainage trays and storm sewers. Landscaping of adjacent areas was completed: planting, installation of playgrounds, benches and waste bins. The project ensured safe and comfortable movement for residents of the new district.

Oil Extraction Plant

Abay region

Construction of an oil extraction plant (2021–2023) — a major industrial facility for processing oilseed crops. A full scope of construction and installation works was completed: erection of production buildings, warehouses, administrative buildings and access roads. Technological equipment for reception, storage and processing of raw materials, extraction, refining and packaging lines for finished products was installed. Engineering networks were built: power supply, water supply, heating, sewerage, ventilation and fire suppression systems. The plant provides a full production cycle of vegetable oil from seed reception to finished product output.

Radiology Center of OKD

Abay region

Completion of construction and commissioning of the radiology center at the Regional Cardiology Dispensary (OKD) in 2020. The facility was previously started but construction was suspended. Asia Partners completed the building, including installation of specialized engineering systems for medical diagnostic equipment operation: radiation protection of premises, high-precision power supply systems, climate control, ventilation with multi-stage air purification. Interior finishing was performed using special materials meeting radiation safety requirements. The center is equipped for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures using modern radiological equipment.

Improvement of Lenin Street

Semey city

Comprehensive improvement of Lenin Street (2020) — one of the central streets of Semey. The project included reconstruction of road pavement, replacement of sidewalk tiles, installation of modern curbs and drainage systems. New pedestrian zones were organized, sidewalks were widened, small architectural forms were installed: decorative fences, benches, waste bins and planters. Comprehensive landscaping was performed — planting of trees and shrubs, creation of lawns and flower beds. The outdoor lighting system was updated with energy-efficient LED fixtures.

Reconstruction of Abai Kunanbayev Square

Semey city

Large-scale reconstruction of the central square of Semey — Abai Kunanbayev Square (2020). The project included complete redesign of public space: replacement of pedestrian area surfaces with modern granite and concrete slabs, construction of new fountains and water features, reconstruction of green areas with planting of trees and decorative shrubs. An architectural lighting system highlighting key elements of the square was installed. Underground engineering utilities were updated: water supply, power supply and storm sewers. The square has become a modern public space for city events and citizen recreation.

Smart Lighting of the Suspension Bridge over the Irtysh River

Semey city

Design and installation of a smart architectural lighting system for the suspension bridge over the Irtysh River (2020) — an iconic infrastructure landmark of Semey. Programmable LED fixtures with dynamic color, brightness and lighting scenario capabilities were installed. The system is centrally managed through an intelligent controller and allows creating various lighting scenarios for weekdays, holidays and special events. Cable line installation, control panel mounting, protective equipment installation and system commissioning were performed. The lighting transformed the bridge into an architectural landmark of the city, visible from a great distance.

Construction of 110 kV Overhead Power Line (Towers No. 9–176)

Abay region

Construction of a 110 kV high-voltage power transmission line from tower No. 9 to tower No. 176 (2020). The project included installation of 167 metal lattice towers, mounting of conductors, lightning protection cables and insulators, construction of foundations, grounding loops and crossings over natural and artificial obstacles. Works were carried out in difficult climatic conditions and rough terrain. The line provided reliable power supply to industrial and agricultural facilities in the region, eliminating the power deficit and improving the energy security of the territory.

Ready-Mix Concrete and Precast Production

Semey city

Asia Partners' own concrete plant is equipped with modern automated equipment for production of ready-mix concrete of all grades (from M100 to M600) and a wide range of precast concrete products. Production capacity — up to 120 m³ of ready-mix concrete per hour. The plant produces: floor slabs, foundation blocks (FBS), columns, beams, crossbars, piles, road slabs, curb stones, well rings and other precast products. It has its own quality control laboratory ensuring product compliance with GOST standards. The logistics service delivers products by mixers and specialized transport to construction sites within the service area.

Metal Structures Production

Semey city

Asia Partners' own metal structures production facility carries out a full manufacturing cycle: from design and metal cutting to welding, anti-corrosion treatment and painting of finished products. The plant produces a wide range of products: roof and sub-roof trusses, I-beams and box beams, columns of various profiles, metal fences, canopies, shelving systems, industrial metal structures for frame buildings. A separate direction is the manufacture of specialized truck bodies for Shacman and Dong Feng vehicles. The production is equipped with modern plasma and gas cutting machines, semi-automatic and argon arc welding stations, bending and rolling equipment, and an assembly area for large-scale structures.
